About the Job
We are looking to hire Talem Home Care Registered Nurse.
Location: Northern Colorado - Weld and Larimer County
Compensation: Per visit rate plus mileage

Supervisor: Registered Nurse PRN.
Functions: To oversight and monitoring of the activities a caregiver would perform in the client's home.
Duties:
- Verify and document attendant skills and competency to perform skilled care activities and basic consumer safety procedures.
- Counsel attendant staff on difficult cases and potentially dangerous situations.
- Consult with the client, authorized representative, or attendant in the event a medical issue arises.
- Investigate complaints and critical incidents within 10 working days.
- Assure that the attendant is following directives found in the IHSS care plan, through client record reviews.
- Complete 2 client record reviews a week or at least 20% of the IHSS client census monthly.
- Complete-time card review and clearing as required for the billing process.
Requirements:
- Must have a desire and willingness to learn and demonstrate the ability to accept supervision and follow direction.
- Must de dependable, reliable, and responsible.
- Must be able to work with others in a professional and ethical manner.
- Must be willing to be on call basic 24 hours a day.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of CO.
- Excellent telephone, communication, and documentation skills.
- Able to read and write legibly.
- Able to communicate effectively with fellow co-workers.
- Able to recognize own limitations and request help when needed.
Working Conditions:
- Office hours are Monday through Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.
- Occasional after-hours and weekends.
